Privacy Policy

8. Changes to the Personal Information Processing Policy
① This Personal Information Processing Policy applies from the effective date. Any additions, deletions, or corrections to the policy due to changes in laws and regulations will be announced through a notice at least seven days prior to the effective date.
9. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information: In accordance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, <To the Right B&C> is taking the following technical, managerial, and physical measures necessary to ensure security.
1. Minimization and Training of Personal Information Handling Staff
We designate staff handling personal information and implement measures to minimize access to those responsible.
2. Establishment and Implementation of an Internal Management Plan
We are establishing and implementing an internal management plan to ensure the secure processing of personal information.
3. Storage of Access Records and Prevention of Forgery and Alteration
We store and manage access records to our personal information processing system for at least six months and utilize security features to prevent forgery, alteration, theft, and loss of access records.
4. Restriction of Access to Personal Information
We are taking necessary measures to control access to personal information by granting, modifying, and deleting access rights to the database system that processes personal information. We are also using an intrusion prevention system to control unauthorized access from outside sources.
